Start with a sitemap

List every page your site needs and what each page should achieve. A short sitemap helps everyone agree on scope before design starts, and it prevents surprise pages late in the project.

Write the key messages first

You don’t need final copy on day one, but you do need the main messages. What do you offer, who is it for, and why should people choose you? Clear answers to those questions shape the whole design.

Gather your best images

Collect photos of your work, your team, and your space. High resolution originals are best. If you don’t have good photography yet, tell us early so we can plan a shoot or find images that fit the brand.

Decide who will update the site

If your team will add projects or blog posts after launch, we set up the CMS around those needs. Knowing this early saves rework later.
